The Forgotten Dodo


Now this piece ain't up to much in the final analysis, but I had a lot of fun doing it. Check out making of action below. Throw a lot of charcoal around, give it a simple slap of two tone colour and presto! A dodgy dodo.

Whoa! Thanks for the video. That was very cool. I've always wanted to see how a digital artist does it. Being pretty much a one-trick pony with my pencil, color is such a mystery to me. You have really great style. Love your work!

Amazing! So this is how you get that beautiful, expressive, chunky line! I can't believe how big the original drawing is, it ends up feeling intimate and charming. Very cool.
